I have a few friends who are pregnant with their first babies (Hi Elena & Jen!) and I am so excited for them. However, at the same time I remember the uncertainty of being a new Mom and all the questions that come with parenthood. During my pregnancy with Jackson and after he was born, I turned to resources such as Twitter, the What To Expect book series/forums and a local New Moms Group (I took mine at Bellani Maternity in Rhode Island.)
The New Moms group was absolutely invaluable to know that what I was feeling was normal and Twitter got me through many breastfeeding sessions where I was worried if Jackson was eating enough or if I was making enough milk. My WTE books lived on my night stand for the first year of Jackson’s life and I was constantly flipping through the index to address my latest worry.
My first What To Expect book was given to me by my Mom’s best friend, a pediatrician, who told me she recommended it to all of her new parents. Even though I’m now a Mom of two little ones, I still reference my WTE books often and am happy to offer *two* lucky Baby Gators Den readers a set of three What to Expect books:
- What To Expect When You’re Expecting
- What To Expect The First Year
- What To Expect The Second Year
There are no mandatory entries, but the more ways you enter, the better chance you have of winning all three books. I’ll pick a winner randomly via the Rafflecopter widget below on Saturday, March 31st.
GOOD LUCK!!
